The Luxury Recharge Collective was born in the quiet rooms, between therapy sessions, late-night journaling, and whispered confessions of exhaustion.

Black women—brilliant, high-performing, deeply committed—were unraveling in silence. Trying to be everything to everyone while burying their desires under responsibility, resilience, and receipts.

I created this space after holding too many stories of burnout in my private practice. One truth kept rising:

Even the strongest among us need a place to land softly.

What started with trust became a movement—especially when, after the 2020 election, 92% of the women I worked with said the same thing:
“I chose rest.”

The LRC is that choice, turned into a revolution. It’s where care, clarity, and community live.
It’s where Black women don’t have to earn rest—they just have to reclaim it.

To restore what therapy alone can’t cover.

We exist in the space that insurance ignores—where burnout lives before the breakdown, where boundary fatigue hides beneath the surface, and where high-functioning hides harm.

Here, rest is defined as:

  • Sleep

  • Boundaries

  • Relaxation

  • Self-care

We provide soft structure and sacred sisterhood so you can:

  • Feel held without proving

  • Heal without performing

  • Rise without burning out

I’m not here to list accolades—I’m here to stay aware, present, and human.
I still take 8 CEUs every month. I’m in doctoral-level training not just to be informed, but to be effective. Because I don’t believe in outdated care. I believe in active evolution.

I built LRC for the version of me who was giving it all, holding it together, and still wondering if softness was allowed.

And I built it for you—for the woman wondering:

“Do I need rest, or am I just weak?”
